i dont believe its meant to be an accurate historic reenactment in its entirety though
if anything his casting seems to be more proper than anything else. really it does.
but i believe the real question which remains through all this, was what in the hell was hollywood doing with deborah kerr in all this.
this is now twice they are passing on her, right after ben hur.
this film she was meant to be
