RE: fallout 3 is immensely underrated
yeah i know what you mean. i thought it was pretty dull too when i first played it, but if you take the time to actually explore it, you find that its pretty decent. especially with more patience.
im really enjoying it, so much so that its up there with my top all time favorite rpgs.
though i would certainly consider it to be underrated, especially in comparison to new vegas, which has a much larger modding scene and player base. its considered to be a better game when it is certainly not. the game world is only a fraction the size, and somehow is even cheaper looking. and dont get me started on the actual content. fo3 is premo quest writing. such disreguard of an obviously superior title. it displeases me.
really though, new vegas is total garbage by comparison. its pretty silly how so many think otherwise. i actually remember this, when the shift in popularity went over to vegas.
its only because vegas has iron sight aiming and the weapons are not totally crappy pea shooters. but all these issues are trivial as they can be easily modded in fo3
speaking of which, the exp curve needs to be lowered. it only took me 60 hours to reach the cap of 30.
