RE: fallout 3 is immensely underrated
for your concern, i would have you know that my tastes in rpgs are infact, not shit, my good man
and that you can uncap the level 30 limit just fine.
infact the game actually scales itself all the way to 99, progressively spawning toughest variants of enemy along with scaling their health and damage they do. which is something other besthesda games such as elder scrolls do not do. at least concerning the damage enemies output
