Wait. Speechcraft effectively stops at 100? How high do the checks go?
Not that it matters much in Skyrim. Well, in some places it does, but it's not like a Bioware or Black Isle deal where a speech check can win the game. I don't think, anyway. Did you know that Obsidian lets you win the final NCR/Legion fight in FONV by passing a speech check?
