im thinking of combining skyrim with mount and blade
which is basically just skyrim but all in the world map with tiny little horse icon with a flag that moves about and you visit locations directly from the map teleporting you inside the location and once your inside you then find yourself apart of a great siege involving hundreds of mudcrabs
