Congratulations on retiring!
My knee-jerk reaction about the adjuncting news was to say "oof" -- after grad school, my only real option to stay in academia was to adjunct, and after I saw the level of effort (much) for the pay (minimal) and benefits (none) I hopped over to corporate tech writing. But adjuncting an online class after retirement doesn't sound too terrible. Mostly.
