Subject: once again i have gotten it all wrong

out of all those historic and biblical movies from the 60s,
ive never seen the best of them. or perhaps you could consider saving it for last.. logically speaking, if i would have seen this movie first, i would never tolerate all the others as they are completely inferior to this. the best of them

and that movie is cleopatra (1963)

i believe my reasoning at the time was because there is no historical interest for me in this.. being a 1960s mainstreme hollywood film of some female monarch or whomever she was.
but the movie is damn good and very pleasant

easy 9/10 film for me
