Yup, I tried it back when the guy put it out sometime ago. It's... Fine? I suppose so many years of looking at sprite based enemies will make anything different look uncanny valley-ish, I also felt the exact same way about the Doom mod. To the guy's credit, the voxel models look about a gazillion times better than any attempt at using fully 3d models, which just look wrong.

Only objectively negative thing I can say about it is, it makes initial level loads slower on BloodGDX where in vanilla, it loads instantly.
