the balancing will be hand edited but of course many other things will be taken from other mods. but im just going to compile them all into a single mod for easy drop in modding.
you will be surpised on how much editing is needed for other peoples mods as well.
for example, the unofficial patch is a huge pile of shit. often needing entire record categorie deletion.
but there or many other examples of things which need editing from others work
