The necro definitely needs extra evade and/or some kind of decent cc breaking skill. Maybe they have that; I don't know. Maybe it's different for other classes, but evade does nothing when I'm hard-cc'd. Teleport breaks it, but the cooldown is stupidly long.
I'm lvl 54 and still in t2, so nothing really hurts me. My t3 capstone dungeon was a joke. Nonetheless, I'm waiting till lvl 55 for t3 because I'm overly conservative in arpg's. I'm running around finding altars of Lilith and doing Tree of Whispers events because I've done all the aspect dungeons I care about. My gear is adequate verging on ridiculous because I can't get decent affixes. The game is telling me I should be in t3.
