X-Men: Origins
I walked into this movie like I'm going to walk into Terminator Salvation; not really caring whether or not I see it but going anyways because there's nothing better out.
It was better than the last X-Men movie which is saying like your next vacation will be better if you made the mistake of going to Auschwitz for your last one. There was one out of place scene where they decided to use CGI for his claws but not pay a whole lot of money to make it look convincing, which pissed me off because his hands were off screen when the claws were focused on so why the hell wouldn't they use an actual prop?
They also decided to completely destroy the Dead Pool character. I wish they would have just made up that character from scratch instead of making an ass backwards Dead Pool.
The only thing they managed to do is make Sabretooth a more interesting character instead of hiring a wrestler to lumber around making growling noises like they did in the first movie.
Anyways... it was this movie or The Soloist, and I knew my expectations were lower for this one.
