anyway, th4t1guy has been cooking alot of meats recently, i told him to get baffalo and he did, but then he told me it was OK. not great. i was shocked.
he was the one who told me about the wood chips, and they are a great idea.
but seriously, we had people who frequent fancy resturants and eat a bunch of epensive exotic shit from all over the world tell me that steak was the best meal they had in YEARS. meaning, its probably the best they ever had, period but their too lazy to go over every ORGAZMIC mean in their head to justify my buffalo as best shit ever.
i talk alot of game, so i understand where your comming from. but im absoultley serious with this motherfucking steak i cooked last night. im expected to do the same thing for a slightly different group of people next week.
