reading stuff online about what others think about buffalo gives mixed reviews. some say its gamey, others say its "sweeter" than cow with absolutley no gamey taste and others say it tastes like regular cow - cant tell the differece.
this really makes me think the cut of buffalo and the way you prepare it makes all the difference.
sopping blood pumped, rare slow cooked smoked new york strip with the fat on it = 1000000000000x better than the best cow ever.
