i mean, don't get me wrong, i think for environmental and economic reasons, the beef in our diets should be almost entirely replaced with buffalo and venison. And for health reasons we should probably just be eating a lot less red meat in general. But still; NOTHING tastes better than a cut up dead cow. Nothing.
