Also, no Summoners or other clan mechs yet without mods. It has a more MW4-like hard point system, but has several mods for a more traditional p'n'p or MW2 style loadout system.
Not sure about joystick support, since I use KB+M (five button mouse).
AI pilots and player have a skill system which improves with use like in Btech computer games, so your survivability and dps goes up based on your stats, along with tiered weapon systems with improved heat, damage, range, RoF stats
