RDR2 really has ruined every single open world game going forward when it comes to immersion, the problem is any studio attempting to replicate that is going to go bankrupt from not putting out their game after ten years of development have gone by with nothing to show for it.
Rockstar Games has a lot of issues, but throwing money, manpower and technology at a problem sure isn't one of them.
