Closets, unlit rooms, etc... are often so dark that without a flashlight it's complete blackness. As far as the open world, that's easily visible even though most of the game takes place in the middle of the night. Which, btw, is gay. They couldn't have some daylight levels in there? Anyways, add cmubrew to your steam friends.
