LOL I would never live anywhere that had a neighborhood association.
I mow the lawn when ticks become a concern, and usually not before. What for? I live in a home not a baseball diamond.
The fence is pretty fucking solid, actually. Each post (with one or two exceptions for leach field or drainage pipes) goes two feet down and is fortified with 80 pounds of concrete.
