No, the computer is mine, but every now and then our IT people have to upgrade or maintain software versions we use at the university. If I need help troubleshooting or something, I call them and they can fix my computer glitches/problems, but they do it online - they "take control" of the computer from our IT hub and fix it! It always makes me paranoid they'll see something that shouldn't have been there.
