Subject: eating only one light meal a day.

cons:

is not good for you.

you feel like your going to faint every time you stand up, your allways tired, ever will effect you. lound sounds make you jump, bright lights hurt your eyes worse. oh and your arms and hands shake and you cant think streight.

pros:

you lose alot of weight fast, not only i need a belt with my pants but now the belt isnt enough and needs a new hole. im less prone to diabeetes, i can balance WAY better over rocks and rough terrain, i have ALOT more energy when i do eat normally (dont get as tired as fast) and i dont look like a fat slob.
