Pro-Tip: ALWAYS eat breakfast. Something that isn't loaded with grease, like oatmeal.
If you can live without red meat, cut it completely out of your diet. A little is ok, but try to stick with chicken, turkey, or fish for meat.
Actually get your fat ass up off the computer and do something active. You live in California for gods sake. Shit, even if you only run a mile a day which shouldn't take more than 5 to 10 minutes, you're going to lose a shit ton of weight and keep it off by doing this. Let's play raquettball. All of my fat ass friends can't handle hitting a small rubber ball so I just sit around getting fatter each day of the winter.
