i'll take a crack at it. its been a while since physics 1,2,3 and i dont feel like referenceing anything. so this is a thought experiment. assuming constant temperature..

1) for a brief moment the force on it will be zero without any friction or gravity because the inner disk will immediately move to the top. then the force will be lessened because of the increased volume. and not be either of your answers. if it were a fixed volume/position: 10 pounds per square inch. so 10 pounds for each of the 10 square inches. 10*10=100, but its not

2) again the disk would move, as it did the force on those surfaces would be zero. till they reached equilibrium. at that time a force would be exerted on side B that wouldnt be any of your answers again since the volume and hence the pressure will have changed. the same force would be on A as B.

...i think
