Suggestions:
1) If you're going to spend that much on a PSU, get
this.
2) Buy an Intel CPU.
3) Instead of spending $100 on a crappy OEM home version of vista, drop an extra $100 and get
something like this
which gives you access to free legal copies of all version of Windows + MS Office.
