Just in case Necro decides to ask why Jeffe and Homey are on the 15, which is a north/south highway, instead of the 10:
SHUT THE FUCK UP.
Watts is on the south side, and the Pomona freeway to the 15 is clearly the most direct route to Fontana.
Plus there is a miniquest at the Naval Proving Grounds, which gets your characters depleted uranium ammo. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO GET THERE ON THE 10???
