I don't think Immortal cares.
That said, yes, shift key before inserting the disc and rip with isobuster is common procedure. If the drive won't read the disc, it's way too old. If *that* isn't an option (Readers can be found for as low as 20 dollars, you poor person) get a regular cd player that has a headphones out plug, buy a 3.5 to 3.5 male extension, plug one end to the headphones out and the other end to your sound card's analog in and record it with. . . I don't know, whatever you prefer. Audacity, I guess.
