I bought the Felon's Coat from Wade's Emporium in Denerim. Then I got the Red Jenny Seekers for doing the Crow quests. Then I got a special Crow dagger from a mage at the Circle Tower. My backstab is at about 45%. With Master Stealth and Dirty Fighting, my guy can conceivably wipe out an enemy party if I can maintain stealth and go for the mage first.
