I can't tell, but it looks something like that, though "fast-paced." I don't know how you can have a fast-paced dungeon crawler.
An instance is an isolated level apart from the larger MMO world, supposing there is one. You spend most of your time out in the world with all the other players on the server. However, if you enter an instanced area, the larger MMO world is closed off. Only you and your group are in the instance. Guild Wars is all instanced except for the towns. WoW is mostly a large MMO world but has some instanced content. This Dungeon Bandits is probably more like Guild Wars.
