Yeah it's a pre-built called Aero Green. I haven't even thought about creating a custom one yet. For this forum, it's a LOT of work, and who wants that?
If you register, there's a couple choices for the template, I'll probably add more if people bother to use this. You can also upload your own 50px x 50px avatar.
It IS kind of slow, which is disappointing. Dreamhost was always sort of pokey, though. Mostly, I think, because they just don't bitch when users eat up more CPU than they should on shared hosting.
