I think you should do a mockumentary style sit com based upon your house, call it 3's a Crowd. YOu can have a landlord downstairs who doesn't abide 2 girls and a guy living together unless he can get in on the action, he's 70+. You pretend to have orgies so that he won't kick you out, but the parties always break up just before he arrives. You are doing his 80 year old wife who is way straighter and less hip than him.
The show consists of constant arguing, suicide attempts, and drug use except when the landlord shows up to unclog the toilet, whereupon you pretend to have three ways until he leaves.
