I don't think a whole lotta new stuff is going to come up, however I am interested in seeing what it's appraised for. I can still walk if the appraisal is under what the offer is. All I know is I'm buying it for 40k less than what the seller paid for it and he poured a shitload of equity in it because the kitchen was updated last year and the basement is completely finished. And not that gay ass "partially-finished" or "hey we have carpet and a bathroom so it's finished!", but no I mean FINISHED FINISHED.
