The basement is finished but not JUST finished... They have a full bar/keggorator and sink and fridge installed down there that I'm sure they didn't put in to cover up water damage.
Plus, sellers disclosure. They have to tell me that shit or I will own them right back and say C-ya sucka. There was a back up a couple years ago that required them to clean out the tree roots to clear up, but hasn't happened since. Will it happen again if it's a root problem? Yes... and I'll just make sure to snake that shit out every couple years.
