The Morale problem can be mitigated by having a high Charisma/Leadership stat, buying a variety of food types, and having hero companions who get along with each other. Hence, my recommendations for Lezalit, Klethi (or Deshavi), and Jeremus. My Morale, among a party of about 115, regularly drops to Average and nobody runs off. This may partly be attributed to my Renown score, which is over 4700.
