character limitations are for faggo
Tried joining in to some yahoo group, and for part of the registrations, I had to write why I wanted to join. Apparently computer technology has not caught up with the maximum character issue for text. What I liked about the yahoo group one is that it placed the limit at 200 characters, but it wouldn't tell you how many you already typed. Apparently computers have a hard time calculating it for you, so you have to count the olde fashioned way - tally marks and an abacus.
