The people in the helicopter were either lying or delusional. They were reporters. They were not firing on the helicopter, nor did they have the means to fire on the helicopter.
If it's all above board, why did the military refuse to release the video under FOIA? There's NOTHING in there that endangers national security. There's no surprises about hardware, capabilities, or tactics. Nothing.
