I don't know about eMachines (except what I see in a Google search, which is not encouraging), but I think Dell still uses Delta as their OEM. They're pretty decent and reliable for running their intended configurations. Delta has a good reputation all around. I think HP uses somebody like Bestec. They're not bad. If people would stop buying big video cards and trying to run them with 220 watt PSUs, their power supply problems would go away.
