I had biscuits and gravy. I am in Oklahoma. I used the carbo loading to push a truck out of the mud they call a "township road". The local farmer who helped us push called us "crazy" for driving on the "road".
I think oatmeal would have enabled us to free the truck without the snarky comments from the farmer being necessary.
