One thing I can immediately think of that could be done much better with a mouse and keyboard than with a controller is trying to shoot someone who is behind you while you're both riding horses and keeping your horse at high speed all at the same time, to do this you must tap A to raise your speed, hold A so your horse doesn't slow down, hold down the left trigger to enter aiming mode, aim with the right stick and finally pull the right trigger to shoot. Trying to do all this with a controller effectively requires you to play with both your hands an a fully erect penis.
