winmo is everything i want. i want my start menu and i want multitasking and i want to be able to download .net ce programs and run them. basically i want windows and office on my phone.
if you think winmo is slow, it isnt. i found a ppc from 2003 at work, it is faster than anything out even today. web browsing is as fast as on a desktop. the problem is that qualcomm processors blow ass and, from what i can gather, have an incomplete arm instruction set. this makes the phone slow. xscale processors were the shiznite.
in summary, apple ruined smartphones and made them into mp3 player gadget toys instead of ...well windows --> you can do about anything. also you have to pay for things that should be freeware now. thanks app store.
