anyeone know anything about ankle bracelets?
so my bro gets 9 hours a day on "work release".
i think there is some kind of satellite phone or GPS tracking in it, or maybe it locates by pinging off cell phone towers.
anyways, 99% of the city of los angeles is patrolled by the LAPD. but there are these weird territorial zones that are in LA but not considered LA or some shit (like universal city) and those places are patrolled by the LA county sheriffs. point is, you almost NEVER see LA county sheriffs in LA.
anyways, driving around the city with him and im noticing sheriff following us or passing across us practically every 5 mins. and the house arrest program is tied to the LA county sheriffs.
