Necro, lat-long? Vertical relief for the climb? Pics of flip flops? I did a 21k hike in new boots once and it hurt bad.
I've taken up mountain bike riding this year, and just did my first ride in the actual mountains last Sunday--1000 feet of vertical relief, at 6000' elevation. Was sucking for air hard. I'll get those pics processed when I get back from my current long weekend road trip.
